These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.zodiacamulet.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from ZODIAC AMULET (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

2. Products and Descriptions

  • Our jewelry is inspired by traditional Eastern zodiac and guardian motifs and is offered for decorative and personal wear.
  • Product images are for illustration. Because items may include natural materials, hand-finishing, or hand-set stones, small variations in color, texture, size, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.
  • Screen settings can make colors appear differently from the physical item.
  • We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or other content is error-free.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid by us, with one exception: the €3 EU customs duty on low-value consignments (charged as $3.50), which is added to EU orders at checkout and collected by us on behalf of EU customs. The total shown at checkout — including that duty line where it applies — is the final amount you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; by paying, you also agree to their terms.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We are not bound until we confirm and dispatch it.

We may refuse or cancel an order — and refund you in full — where:

  • The item is out of stock or mispriced due to an error
  • We cannot verify your payment or shipping details
  • We suspect fraud, resale abuse, or a violation of these Terms
  • Shipping to your address is not possible

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, Title, and Risk

Shipping timelines and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. Where tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for packages taken from an unattended location. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for lost-package claims.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, page layouts, and the ZODIAC AMULET name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data from the Site
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or contact information
  • Infringe the rights of any third party

We may suspend or block access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Product Care and No Health Claims

Our jewelry is decorative. Descriptions referencing tradition, symbols, or cultural meaning are provided for cultural and informational purposes only and are not medical, health, financial, or psychological advice, and carry no guaranteed outcome.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZODIAC AMULET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased from us.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZODIAC AMULET and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@zodiacamulet.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a competent consumer authority or court in your country of residence, where the mandatory law of that country gives you the right to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
